Better features, it overclocks better comes with better sound dual gigabit lan ports things like that the differences change from board to board. For the chipset itself im not sure on the specifics and its too late to look them up.

Extra sata raid,extra gigabit lan (thats not powered by nVidia) lots of "bells and whistles" in the bundle package..

As for the Overclocking.... not so much
