I just *might* have accidently deleted some registry values, though thats the only change I can think of that might have triggered this.

Programs have just been freezing and locking up at random times, iTunes skipping, etc ... the kind of behaviour that would occur if there was insufficient memory, though my system monitors tell me more than half my memory is free.

I did a system restore, ran some registry scanners, and such, but I'm still having problems.

Help?

It's been two days, a virus scan, and five or six restarts and iTunes still skips at random moments, programs stalling ... Its driving me completely mad.
