pc infilterated with spyware,virus,malware? HELP! [CLOSED]

Hi, glad I found this bb :tazz: Something has taken over our pc and it wont allow us to do anything. i cant download or install anything. When I click on a link (hijack etc) it wont let me. Error messages keep coming up with .exe and others. Can this be fixed? we went out and bought Norton system works last night and we cannot install it. This is insane!!!!! any help would be appreciated ;)

Please download HijackThis version 1.99.1 from here:
http://www.downloads.../hijackthis.zip
and make sure to unzip it to a permanent folder (you may create a new folder or unzip it to your desktop). Then please run HijackThis, click Scan and Save log, and post the new log here. I would be happy to take a look at it.
