My computer recently exerienced a power serge, since then it will not start up windows. Basically, it will not boot up. I tried to start it up in every type of mode. As a last result, I booted the computer from the windows xp reinstallation disk. However, when it got to the point of "starting up windows set up" or something like that. IT FREEZES up. I am at my last end with. Can anyone please HELP!
