Hello, i'm new and i need ya'lls help. I now get an application error for msmsgs.exe when i am running a game. The game doesnt use msmsgs.exe and i dont either, not intentionally anyways. The error says

The instruction at "0x77dd6bf0" referenced memory at "0x5f17001e".  The memory could not be "read".  Click OK to terminate the program.

I did however find something online instructing me to go to the msmsgs.exe file in the windows\inf folder, right-click, and intall it again, that just seems to make msmsgs.exe appear at startup. I've ran a virus scan and spyware scan and they were both clean. Any help on this would be appreciated. Thanks.
