Event Log MSSQL$MICROSOFTBCM Shuts down

My PC just shuts off mid use. No normal shut down. I open the event viewer, and the last items just before shut down are:

McLog Event,
Security Center,
MSSQL$MICROSOFTBCM

I can't run spybot because it stops too early and doesn't comlete task. Not sure where to start on this, any suggestions?
