Everytime I try to use one of these websites it doesn't load like the website has been taken offline. I use Ebay and make purchases a lot and Paypal is a necessity for me. If anyone can help me this ASAP I would really appreciate it. I have an item I have won and I am unable to pay for it and I am in danger of losing my chance to buy it. Please help.

Download CleanUp Utility
Run the program, it basically removes all cookies, history and temporary internet files on your machine. Sometimes these files cause conflicts trying to open expired page sessions.
