Oh come on. MSN Gaming Zome isn't listed in the Add/Remove Programs.

Edit: When I try to delete the folder it says it's still in use.

CTRL ALT DEL close any running processes that may be using it?

Google is your friend

EDIT: Are you able to view hidden files and folders? If not turn it on and check Add/Remove again. Just a thought.

I googled a lot of my processes and they all seemed fine.

I have no idea why two Apache's are running.

Yeah I googled all processes I wasn't sure of and found nothing. Are you running an apache server from your machine? If not I would look into that. Other than that, I don't know what else to tell you. Good luck in your fight AGAINST (expletive) Microsoft Software.

haha Thanks. about the Apache thing. I probably messed up installing it, and installed it twice or something... I am going to completely just remove Apache and re-do it all. Maybe that will fix it...

In Windows XP Professional edition do this:

In Windows Explorer (not IE), click the Tools item at the top.
Click Folder Options
Select the View tab
Under Hidden Files click Show hidden files and folders
Unclick Hide protected operating system files

Go to \WINDOWS\system32\dllcache

Delete the following files:

bckg.dll
bckgres.dll
bckgzm.exe
chkr.dll
chkrres.dll
chkrzm.exe
cmnclim.dll
cmnresm.dll
hrtz.dll
hrtzres.dll
hrtzzm.exe
rvse.dll
rvseres.dll
rvsezm.exe
shvl.dll
shvlres.dll
shvlzm.exe
uniansi.dll
zclientm.exe
zcorem.dll
zeeverm.dll
znetm.dll
zoneclim.dll
zonelibm.dll

Go to \Program Files\MSN Gaming Zone\Windows

Delete all files

Windows will whine at your about missing files which are required for "system stability" and demand that you insert your WinCrap CD. Bah. Press Cancel.

Done.

Well how do you remove the folder of MSN Gaming Zone?

It just sits there with only a Windows Folder in it.

I can not delete it because Windows complain that it's in use.

Also about 2 Apache's exe's on my computer.

YES I am running it as a Server, so that's the reason for that.

did any of you wonder why windows doesn;t let you delete it?
because it's a windows component and unlike the previous versions XP desn't let you to delete itself...

go to control panel->add /remove programs->add/remove windows components
click accesories and utilties-> details->games->details->uncheck internet games...

not that complicated...
