CSRSS.EXE .....is infected...

hi team........ my Windows 2000 is infected........ i have an infected CSRSS.EXE..........i get advertising popups and my UL on my modem is ULing when it shouldnt......i cant identify the virus cause my Norton doesnt pick it up or any other Spyware app...(the spyware apps pickup silly stuff but not what im after)....i also did have an infected MOUSE.EXE .....but my virus checker did pick that up as W32.Spybot.Worm .....i have cleaned that off.....but still my CSRSS.EXE is still infected with ?? .........i need to identify it so i can clean it somehow.

any help is greatly appreciated

these popup every 30 seconds.....they are different each time
