Winsock2Fix for Windows 98

I downloaded & ran Winsock2Fix and now when I sign onto AOL it takes maybe 3 tries before a connection is made then when I try to access a website I receive an error message stating "can't connect to server".

Can someone please help me??

well AOL has been known to mess with the winsock so you might try reinstalling it. ( aol that is) Or maybe the fix didn't work correctly you could try re-applying the patch as well. but whatever you do try one then the other don't do both before trying to see if it is fixed
