Malware- winfixer.com popup and buffer overrrun [CLOSED]

Getting lots of popups that all start with winfixer.com popup.

Also getting a "buffer overrun detected" message mentioning system32/rundll.exe

I have cleared temp internet files, ran norton anti-virus, and adaware with new updates. Here is my HJT log:

Hi Greg and welcome to GTG.

Please read the first link in my signature and follow the steps outlined there. You must install XP SP1a (hold off on SP2 until your computer is clean) before we can proceed. Without it, you are wide open to many security attacks. When you are ready, post the HijackThis log here.
