runtime error

Please, will someone help me with this problem. When i try to log onto the internet using Internet Explorer this runtime error pops up:

Runtime error
Program:C:\ProgramFiles\InternetExplorer\IExplore.EXE

I've tried Spybot and Adaware, I even reinstalled IE6.....please help

For some reason I have satrted getting this problem today as well.... any ideas.
