Hello everyone,

I have been cleaning a PC that has been extremely infested with spyware. (Probably the worst one I have ever seen) Anyway, I have gotten updated and nearly 100% clean, except for one irritating file that keeps returning. This file is othb.exe it is located at C:\Program Files\Ipee\othb.exe

I have thrown everything I can at this file, yet it returns Spybot, Microsoft Antispyware, MyPCunistaller, Ad-Aware, CWS Shredder, VX2 Better internet finder, the list goes on and on. I have also booted off of a BartPE CD and gone into the hard drive and deleted the file and directory (it won't let you delete it when Windows is running)

No matter what I do, this persistent SOB keeps returning, even when I am physically disconnected from the internet. Where is this thing hiding and how do I permanetly delete it?
