Scans come up clean, pop-ups persist [RESOLVED]

I've been doing this for two days, working with an arsenal of ad removal software including hijack this and killbox. I've removed Aurora and several other malware programs and trojans manually. Ad Aware, microsoft, spybot, ewido, trojan hunter and Hijack This scans all seem to come up clean now, except for a few .dlls that CANT be removed even in safe mode with Killbox, but I'm still getting popups.

I'm going completely insane. I'm asking for help because maybe a second set of eyes can help where mine have failed. I've cleaned out my ignored files from Hijack This, so this is everything. Please advise.

Thanks for the reply, but the issue has been resolved with a good old f-disk and OS reinstall. I had a some brutal trojans that couldnt be rooted out and just perpetuated the problem, so I finally just gave up.
