I am trying to do a completely new install of XP from my cd. Do I have to put it on a D drive why cant I just install it onto the C drive. could someone please walk me through a clean install to the C drive . HELP!

Howdy:

Watch the screen as you go through the setup procedure.. There will be an option to choose which partition you want to format and install XP on.. Just choose the c: drive..

I have one drive with XP set to boot as C. If I install XP on a second drive on drive C, then will each drive boot up as C when it is the boot drive?
