When I put a disc into my CD-Rom drive it's not there. I put Warcraft III in the drive and it said it could not find my cd-rom drive. Same goes for Diablo II. I have tried checking under My Computer for it, but only the A and C drives. No M drive or a cd-rom drive. Please help.

Well if you have another drive, I'd recommend swapping it. The reality CD-Drives have many moving parts that are prone to failure.

He has two drives, a regular drive and a cdburning drive. Neither of them will play or load any kind of disc.

Does either drive show in the device manager?

Is there more than one CD burning program installed on this system?
