Excellent website - thanks. Have seen several posts on here regarding "rdriv.sys" and problems with removing it - have tried some of the methods but it's not working.

Have tried the msconfig then deleting in registry, and some other things I know to try, but I thought I'd post my HijackThis log to see if you can help (pleease!)

One point to note - there doesn't seem to be any reocurrence of rdriv if I disable "ccapp" for Norton - but disabling that affects loads of other applications, such as I can't access secure websites, or see half of the toolbar icons. I don't know if this is caused by rdriv messing with Norton or if the trojan has attached itself to ccapp or what... ANYWAY - here's the HJT log:
