[mdcbk]

My internet explorer windows will close randomly, or sometimes just not open at all from the icon or shortcut. Sometimes I can get onto the internet by clicking a link on AIM. (AIM and MSN messenger work fine) In addition, the computer at times works very slowly and shows it's using 100% CPU. We've also recently had problems networking with the other house computer (both wired through a router) I used to be able to print using the printer attached to the other computer, but can't any longer. I've run spybot, adaware, cw shredder, ewido, and have automatic windows updates, and run Trend Micro-PC-cillen. Still the same problems. I don't know if all these are related, but would like to fix this thing before school starts. This is the kid's computer (which may explain everything) and they'll need it for schoolwork.

Please reboot into safe mode (continually tap the F8 key while your system is starting, select Safe Mode from the menu).
Be sure you're able to view hidden files, and remove the following files in bold (if found):

C:\PROGRA~1\campdate\<<this folder
C:\DOCUME~1\CHELSEA\APPLIC~1\campdate\<,this folder
C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Application Data\Byte Stupid Lite Five\<<this folder
C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Application Data\Meowinternetaxisbike<<this folder
C:\DOCUME~1\CHELSEA\APPLIC~1\ADMIN3~1\managerdoesidle.exe


Click on the button labeled CleanUp!.

When it finishes it will prompt you to restart Windows - there will be one or two files it cannot delete when Windows is running - however, they will be deleted next time Windows starts up.

Reboot and post a new log and let me know hos it's running.
