Hello all! I have noticed something odd happening over the last day or so... while I am using my computer, the screen colors will start to fade from crisp white to a cream color and then fade back eventually. There seems to be no ryhme or reason to the timing of the fading and it doesn't do it all the time. It almost seemed like the color adjustment button was stuck, that's how it would fade. I am mystified.

The computer is barely a year old and I considered the fact that the monitor could be dying on me, but I wondered if it could be something as simple as a settings change? I have a kitten and he has been known to dive-bomb the keyboard to get to my fingers...

If anyone has any ideas or suggestions, I would be grateful for any help I can get. Thank you in advance for your time

This is more than likely a monitor or video card problem. It doesn't sound like a software problem. Do you have another monitor you can try?

Control Panel>Display>Settings>Advanced>Monitor
try changing the refresh rate.
