Malware Infection... having problems still. [CLOSED]

I am having some problems with my computer, mainly folders will stop responding and I will end task them and Dr. Watson PostMortem Debugger will kick in. Sometimes it will show up 3 times in the Windows Task Manager. From all that I have looked up about the DrWatson program (which is not a whole lot), it seems to cause problems. I was told that my computer has a Malware infection by Darth_Ash and if I was still having troubles to post a HiJack This log here. Well here it is.
