Any media at all on my computer seems to speed up randomly. Music, videos, etc. Especially if I'm playing music in the background and try scrolling up or down on a website or something else.

Also, NO flash will play at a regular speed. It always goes like, super turbo speed.

Any ideas what might be causing this?

Sorry to double post, but I thought I should mention, the speed ups sort of act strangely. I could be watchign flash and it's going super fast, but if I leave the flash running and change the screen, the sound runs at the speed it's supposed to.
