did psguard.com make this virus and send it to all of us, and if so what can we do to stop these mindless num nuts from sending it to us again and again, we have to be able to stop them some how, maybe by taking them to court?

Please let me know if I am way off here, I just don't think it is right for them to get away with this.

I don't know alot about computers, but I do know right from wrong.

thank you all for being here to help us newbe's with out you I don't know what I would have done.
