I have used all of the programs that were recommended before posting.. they all found this virus/trojan but it didn't get rid of it? it just keeps reproducing itself and is lagging my comp =\ someone help please

o sorry about that.. i installed service pack 1a now.. i think the pokapoka is gone but now i have mass svchosts and wuauclt.exe that wont go away when i end task.. comp usage is always at 100% =\
