There is one file that it won't fix - the one starting with 04 - the reason is supposedly posted to my clipboard, but I don't have clipboard installed on my computer.

There are no more pop-ups but my computer is very slow; slower than normal in my opinion. Does this make sense?

That entry is not good I think it's associated with winfixer, so it's best if we remove it ASAP.

Run CleanUp again.

Make sure to close any open browsers. Run a scan in HijackThis. Check each of the following and hit 'Fix checked' (after checking them) if they still exist (make sure not to miss any):
