Please can somebody help me. I have the above router which I have been using for many months. After resetting the router I am now unable to enter the setup page using my IE browser. I enter 192.168.1.1 as instructed & as I have done previously & previously it had promted me to enter a password & username. However I now have no option to do so.

I have put the settings for my ethernet connection to automatically set the IP & DNS addresses. Please could someone help with this?

Hi masales!

First step:

Open a command prompt and enter:
ipconfig /renew
After you get a response (whatever that may be), right click in the command prompt window, select "Mark", highlight the response, and paste it back here.
