Dear Forum,

Sorry, that i posted my question in the wrong box, but this is the first time i am in this posibility to ask my technical questions at this forum.
I red the problems with the other guy (sorry for my typing english, but i am from Holland and doing my very best to translate as good as possible).
Will you please check my log file because i have the same problem. Everytime when i delete the files within it the name begin2search it is gone after a reboot, but everytime when i start internet exporer (IE) it is back again!!
I've looked for the following file (also in the hidden directories) service.exe and dsktrf.dll also the files (seen at the site from Symantec) %system%\reg6523.exe and %System%\winb2s32.dll, but all these files i couldn't find.
I deleted the files in the hkey_classes_root\winb2s.*. This i succeed.

Please reboot into safe mode (continually tap the F8 key while your system is starting, select Safe Mode from the menu).
Be sure you're able to view hidden files, and remove the following files in bold (if found):
C:\WINDOWS\localNRD.dll
C:\WINDOWS\system32\dsktrf.dll
C:\WINDOWS\system32\hszwxq.exe

Reboot your PC.

If you would please, rescan with HijackThis and post a fresh log in this same topic, and let us know how your system's working. <_<

Admin,

I have done what you've said. There is only one problem: When i try to open windows in the safe mode, i can't move my mouse. I have already put another one with usb on it, but the problem is the same. When i startup the computer in safemode, its competely stucked. the only thing i can do is turn off the computer.
Now i did the next thing: i looked for the files localnrd.dll and dsktrf.dll, but they are not on those subdir. However the file hszwxq.exe exists in the directory windows\system32. I cannot delete this file, because i did not start the safe mode, but the normal startprocedure. Now i disabled this file in my msconfig, because also there is the next command: hszwxq c:\WINDOWS\system32\hszwxq.exe.
Is enough to disable this option so that it wouldn't start this executable, of do i still have to delete this file in de windows\system32 directory?

How do you prevent spyware from being installed again? We strongly recommend installing SpywareBlaster (it's free for personal use) Click Here.

Prevent the installation of ActiveX-based spyware, adware, browser hijackers, dialers, and other potentially unwanted pests.
Block spyware/tracking cookies in Internet Explorer and Mozilla/Firefox.
Restrict the actions of potentially dangerous sites in Internet Explorer.
Consumes no system resources.

Download, run, check for updates, download updates, select all, protect against checked. All done. Check for updates every couple of weeks. If you have any errors running the program like a missing file see the link at the bottom of the javacool page.

It's also very important to keep your system up to date to avoid unnecessary security risks. Click Here to make sure that you have the latest patches for Windows.

These next two steps are optional, but will provide the greatest protection.
1. Use ANY browser besides Internet Explorer, almost every exploit is crafted to take advantage of an IE weakness. We usually recommend FireFox

May i also ask you what is the problem that i can't starup in safemode?
Why is everything stucked when i do so?
