I have been trying to download a conference room from Audio/Video Conference Software. I get 2 notices, one that says the server cannot be found, and the other is that there is a thread error, the parameter is incorrect (87) , this is a new compter to me, my old one had no problem with the conference software. Please can you help me? I am not very computer savy, older woman learning computer. I did download Tuneup Utilities, but that still hasn't addressed the problem. Any help will be welcomed.

Hi there, I will try to do this again because I am now constantly getting microsoft internet explorer has encountered a problem and need to close notices. Since I wrote last and before I got your email I deleted windows and reinstalled. I downloaded all critical update I have Zone Alarm running, Spy Sweeper and McAfee Virus Scan going, now I have this problem. The error signature is this...appName:iexplorer.exe (whatever that is) and blah, blah, blah. Can you help me please. I am hurrrying to write this just incase I get another microsoft internet explorer has encountered a problem and needs to shut down. I have at least 12 in 2 hours of being on the computer. Help Please..thank you Kamala
