This is my first attemp at this & i hope i have done ok for ya.
Could you also advise me on how to clean my pc of deleted files and unwanted files......

I have used before posting this log:
Ad-aware SE, The cleaner and AVG. And have used Spybot & Spyware blaster in the past.
