Office 2003 Problems

I recently did disk cleaning and like a fool I marked crompress files. Now I can not open outlook 2003 and I used a windows installer cleaner utility but still can not re-install office. It is extremley important that I retain my e-mails and I use and have frontpage 2003 installed I am running win 2k nt pro
