Hi,

I have a copy of CSI loaded on my system and I can't completely uninstall it. It leaves approx 2.37mb of something on there and clicking the change/remove button doesnt even make the screen flicker! Can anyone give me suggestions, programs or people who might be able to help?

Thanks

Click start, run, type msconfig then press enter then start up, remove ticks from anything to do with CSI, click apply, reboot the PC and tick do not start the configuration utility when Windows starts.

Click start, search, look for CSI files, include hidden and system files, send any to the recycle bin and only move them from there when you have checked the PC is running well.

If so, you can click start, run, type msconfig then press enter and select normal start up, click apply then reboot the PC
