Hi. I recently bought a new computer that has MS Windows XP Home. I tried to install a copy of MS Office 2000 Word and Excel, and received the following: "Insert your Windows XP Professional Pack 2 CD now". I don't understand why it won't load; I installed Word/Excel on my old computer with Windows EP and had no problem. Must I buy XP Professional to install MS Office 2000 on Windows XP Home? Everyone I've talked to says "No, it should work". But it doesn't. Please help!

Do you have the XP Home CD

Run Microsoft Update from here:

It could mean SP2
