Dr. Watson Post-Mortem Debugger Ongoing issue

I have been having an ongoing issue with the Dr. Watson Post-Mortem Debugger. I believe the Debugger is not a virus itself, but something viral may be spawning it, causing my system to crash everytime. Here is my Hijack This Logfile :

P.S. I forgot to mention that I have a WildTangent game, but it is a secure one I bought, not an auto-installed ad-spawning one.
