when i restarted my computer my desktop loads up with all the shorcuts but then disapears
Is it because i didnt activate my windows?
If not then wht is it?
How can i fix this problem?

Is your desktop there? Can you right-click on it? If you can, right-click on the desktop and under Arrange Icons by... choose "Show desktop icons". I hope it's that simple!

i cant do anything on my desktop i can right click or anything
all i can do is alt ctrl and delete
