I have enclosed a photo of an error message everything I shutdown IE browser. Can someone tell me what is causing this and how to fix it?

Since its a memory error, first step will be to analyze ur RAM for errors.
Download memtest86 to scan ur RAM.

Next lets look for missing\corrupt dlls
Follow the steps below:
Start->Run. Type cmd. Press Enter.
In the Command-Prompt Window, type sfc /SCANONCE. Press Enter.
Follow the instructions by the System File Checker.
(Note:The scan will done on next reboot, so u will be prompted for a reboot.)


If sfc does'nt find anything, lets go to the next step: Re-install IE.
Download and run this script from Kelly's Korner. (link). This will help u to re-install IE easily.
U will be prompted for a path, if u PC came pre-installed with SP2, insert ur WindowsXP with SP2 CD; otherwise if u have upgraded to SP2 later, type C:\WINDOWS\ServicePackFiles\i386.
