Hi,

I have run programs like AVG anti virus, Spybot S&D, Ad-Aware and Housecall and have removed a few viruses and a bunch of spyware but I am still having problems. A few weeks agi I finally updated windows XP and added SP2. Since then I have had more problems than I have had in that last 3 years.

I'll give a little run down of the problems that I am having.

- sound is choppy when I play music (kinda like a skipping cd)
- get a "sp2 access denied" message when I try to update windows xp
- cpu usage is quite often at 100% even after restart
- system idle process is always in the process list and always has 99 in the cpu column
- spoolsv.exe sometimes appears in the process list and takes up all the cpu
- computer is running slow all around
- installed games automatically quit when I try to play them
- internet sometimes slow

Here is my Hijack this log:
