:tazz: I just get notified that I have been infected with bloodhound.w32.ep. I don't know much about viruses and all, but I do know a good amount about computers, but this one really stumps me. I do not know how to get rid of it. I've tried what I thought that I could do to get rid of it, but I have no luck. My internet is not really working at all so I can't download anything to get rid of it. For now the only thing I can do is use my parent computer to get any information. All the things I've read said that you have to download this or that from the internet in order to get it fixed, but I have no access through my computer at all. It would be heaven if someone could help me at all in getting rid of this virus. I am only 16 and I don't exactly have the money in order to buy things or have a fixed by a computer specialist. Can someone PLEASE help me? It would be greatly appreciated.

Thank You,

Krystal

Welcome xdarkxvictoryx to Geeks to Go!

Do you still have a desktop showing up?

Can you transport files from that computer to yours?

EDIT:
As there has been no reply from the original poster for more than two weeks this topic is now closed.

If you are the original poster and still need assistance, please send me a PM.
