My computer is suddenly running very slow. When I try to shutdown I get a message that srvdos.exe is not responding. In addition, when I start IE, pop ups freeze and then IE crashes. I have scanned for viruses, run spybot all to no avail.
SRVDOS.exe is located in WINNT/java/packages. When I google this i only get a message in italian (apparently someone in italy has the same problem).

There was also srvdos.exe in my prefetch folder which I emptied.
Can anyone help?
