Added: Disable echo comments displayed in generated batch file

Fixed: Custom folders does not re-load extensions correctly
Fixed: Custom folders folder verification does not work correctly when filemask is <> "*.*"

Misc: Temporary fix/bypass for McAfee false positive
Misc: Other minor bug fixes/modifications
