A freind of mine as a mac powerpc He as a 7.6.1 And 8.6 but he can not get other one to install he lowlevel formated the hard drive It say can't install on this system can any one help?

come to find out the OS he was tring to install was a Imac OS that will not run on powerpc 3g he got a mac 9.1 OS installed fine then he upgrade it to mac 10X the mac is running great for him now
