Are you sending the error reports to Microsoft?

If not, so so cause they might have a patch there to help you with your computer problem.

Ok, lets make sure that you are able to do error reporting.

On your desktop you should see My Computer, right click on that icon on the desktop and go to properties.


System Properites should open up. When it does, go to:

Adavnce>Error Reporting

Make sure that it is set to Enable error reporting.

Also make sure that the following is ticked:

Windows operating system,
Programs

Click ok, then click ok again.

I have uninstalled and reinstalled the app 2x. I have performed an overlay install 1x.

I think that when you do install a software again, i think that it might over right the files.

Do you have any error messages that come up when you are installing the game?

The install goes in clean with no errors. In all instances.

could be aproblem with the game it self, or the cd that your using....... have you tried it on another computer?

i did a new install of nr2003 and then reinstalled gtp in the new location and all is well.
thanks for the help. can't explain it, but .... oh well.
