i have trouble installion privacy service from mcafee i get this service free just by using comcast. When i try to install it a pop up window pops up and tries to install it on my computer but the second it pops up it closes automatically. it says to disable any pop up blockers before starting. my pop up blocker was off and it still closed on me!

windows pop up blocker in IE and yes im using SP2

have you installed any toolbars like yahoo or google?

wait, I just realized you had a question about comcast toolbar. it may have a popup blocker as well.

i had google toolbar and i unstalled it right before i installed comcast's toolbar

uninstall comcast toolbar and try it again. they both contain thier own popup blockers.
