I'm getting a mesage when starting IE

Microsoft Visual C++ Runtime Library

This application has requested the Runtime to terminate it in an unusal way. Please contact the application's support team for more information.

C:\ProgramFile\Internet Explore\iexplorer.exe

I have run SpyBot, and MS AntiSpyware and find nothing. Also went to MS and re-installed IE 6 SP1.

Any Ideas on this??

This is on a W2k Server SP4

Thanks in advance
