hi, i hope someone can help cos i'm at my wits end! my sister is having problems with OE since september, before she installed SP2. at first she could not view any mail, it would recieve all her mail and she could open it but apart from the adress and subject the body of the email was blank. so i thought she must have some sort of view applied, but alas nothing, at this stage she could still create and send email. at the bottom of OE page it always said "view applied", but we found nothing, so i created a new identity for her and we deleted the old one with the applied view. but its made it worse, she still can't view any mail and although a new email comes up to create mail it won't let you type in the body of the letter. it doesn't say that there is a view applied anymore though. her operating system is win xp and its outlook express 6. we hoped SP2 would magically help but it didn't. any help would be much appreciated, thankz.....
