back again,

it seems that after a little bit of time, the internet and my ie stops communicating and i can't access any internet.

i end up either.....

1. restarting my computer and then it works for a short time and then does it again.....

2. disconnect my cable modem for a minute or so and then reconnect and then i have full access again for a short while.

i have updated virus scan, spybot, reg cleaner, ad-aware, the cleaner and did the hjt and the log is as follows..........
