hi i am just making sure that everything that satrts up on my pc is essential and if there is anyuthing i should remove to improve performance, the tasks running are

there seems to be acouple repeateed and i wasnt' sure what it meant. also when i run 'the printshop 15' and open up a couple of documents it starts chewing up my cpu usage to 100% eveb wheb i am not actually doing anmything on the program, other than leaving it open until i come back to it.

also second question, which is better graphics card asus nvida 6600extremeor ATI radeon x700 pro??
