Hi. I tried to use your service, but the computer crashed before anyone helped me. I'm pretty sure that I had some sort of malware, although the scans I ran showed nothing.

Now we are reformatting the disk and reloading XP and applications.

I made a backup, using Nero, of my entire Documents and Settings folder. I would like to restore at least documents, IE favorites, and Outlook mail files. How do I do it without reinfecting the machine?

Thanks!!!
