floppy disk problem

could you :P me please?
floppy is not working ,
i check the troubleshootings(i uptadet driver,uninstall and installed it again,roll back driver ...still not working),i checked cables,morover i tryed with using another id cable but it s not still working...
there is no problem about device manager.it says this device is working properly,

i dont know if i m missing something here ? <_< :D :D

the floppy light is always flashing(i mean the light is always on)
and when i put disk in there is no sound comes from it

Sounds like you've found your answer. If the light is always on, it usually indicates the ribbon cable is on backwards. Simply flip it over and re-attach it. <_< (with the power off, of course)
