I have a problem. Whenever I am running any sort of program(Aim, Ad-Aware, IE, Firefox, any sort of game, etc), something in the background "kicks" me to my desktop. For example, if I am running The Sims 2(in full screen mode), every 2 minutes or so, something will kick me out to the desktop. It doesn't terminate the program running, just is an annoyance. If I am, for another example, viewing a webpage in Firefox, every 2 minutes or so, the window will go dim, like I'm viewing something else at the same time. I have to click within the window to get back to whatever it was that I was viewing.

I've run Ad-Aware and nothing has changed.

and from what I can tell, its not anything running in the background.

I'm not sure what it is exactly, but it's a nuisance since I can no longer play full-screen games or type without being interrupted.

Closing this topic as it is a duplicate that was inadvertantly posted twice during server reset this evening. :tazz:
