If you scroll down, directly below the threads, there is a SEARCH forum.
If you type the keyword or two to your problem (The word has to be more than 4 letters long) it will bring you to other threads with similar problems.
FOR INSTANCE...I typed 'crashing' in the search and there were 10 pages with people writing that their XP computers kept crashing and requesting a solution.
Just a thought...You can go ahead and post a thread to get answers to your problem, you still might want to go to the 'search' to learn more about your specific computer problem.
