I need a pci-exspress graphics card? i dont know what to get ati or nvidia.
Please give suggestions!

I think i read somewhere Nvidia cards were more powerful but Ati cards generate less heat.
PCI-Express... I don't think you will need it for now since AGP cards are still able to play the high-end games well, maybe in the future or unless your computer lives for 2 decades i suggest you buy AGP cards.

Since they stopped making AGP cards and new motherboards and unless he gets a 6800ultra then he would want pci-e in his new computer. ATI has more raw power nvidia has more features.
